By using The Beverley Collective booking platform, you agree to the following terms:


1. Use of Space: You agree to use the rented space solely for lawful professional purposes related to your stated therapy practice.


2. Liability: The Beverley Collective is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during your use of the rented space. You assume full responsibility for yourself and your clients.


3. Property: You agree not to damage the premises, equipment, or furnishings. You are liable for any damage caused during your booking period.


4. Conduct: You agree to maintain professional conduct and ensure your clients do the same. Any violation may result in immediate termination of your booking and account.


5. Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining client confidentiality in accordance with your professional obligations.

Booking Policy

Please read before reserving

Advance Notice
You must book at least 30 minutes before your desired start time. Same-day bookings are welcome as long as the 30-minute window is respected.

Pricing
Standard rooms are $20/hr. The massage table is $30/hr, dropping to $25/hr for 4+ hours. Booking within 4 days raises all rates to $30/hr. Mon–Thu 4–9pm is $25/hr with a 2-hour minimum block.

Extensions
Additional time must be booked directly before or after your existing slot in the same room. A 2-hour gap extension is also permitted if the adjacent slot is taken.

Consecutive Booking
All time for the same client visit must be booked continuously. You cannot book 1–2pm and then 2:30–3:30pm for the same session — time must connect without a gap.

Buffer Time
A 30-minute buffer is applied before and after each booking for other users. This buffer is waived when you extend your own existing booking.

Booking Window
The calendar opens 30 days in advance. Browse and book any available slot within the next 30 days.
